Part Two!


Last month I introduced to you four of the negative stressors that we have in our life with tips on how to reduce the negative effect they each create. I want to continue the list this month with the final four.

We know that we need to manage our stress - and take advantage of the energy that positive stress creates, and reduce the impact the negative stress creates. So… we need to identify where that negative stress is coming from.
