Are You Prone to
STRESS?


Stress, Stress, Stress - one of the most popular words of the 1990's and into the new millennium. Why are we so stressed? What is different now than compared to 40 years ago? EVERYTHING is the answer. Take a look at your weekly schedule. Is there any extra time just for you? Or, are you like most people, and have virtually every moment accounted for - doing something for, or with someone else?

When I teach my Stress Management programs, I never cease to be amazed at the levels of stress that people are under. And many of them function quite well at those astronomical levels. But only for a while.

Are you becoming over stressed? Is it possible that you could be pushing your body beyond its limits? To find out if you are susceptible in responding to stress, answer the following questions:
